Refunds & Returns


• As each Transform Your Pictures product is custom made to each customer's order we unfortunately cannot offer a refund unless the product does not match the order or is faulty.
• If your order does not match your order please contact at info@transformyourpictures.co.uk so that we can arrange the safe return your products.
• Please remember that whilst we endeavour to make sure your product is as accurate as possible quantities and paper weights are subject to a 10% margin of error.
• Print sizes are subject to 3mm margin of error on each edge.
• Occasionally, it may be necessary to replace or refund an order damaged during processing or in transit.
• Notify Transform Your Pictures immediately (no later than 24 hours after accepting delivery) about any damage.
• The damaged order must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement can be issued.
  Transform Your Pictures will not be responsible for damage not reported within the 24-hour time frame or for damage caused by the customer or a third party.
• Conditions that are not acceptable reasons for replacement or refund include but are not limited to differences in colour tones or hues than expected, damage that occur due to mishandling. Please handle your prints carefully.
• We cannot replace a print that is damaged from mishandling after you receive it.
   
  Cancellation
  
  
• If you wish to cancel an order you must contact Transform Your Pictures within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after the initial 24 hours stage as your order will be in the manufacturing stages.
• Once orders have been sent through to production no cancellations can be made.
   
  Shipping & Delivery
  
  
• Delivery is free of charge; and we don't ship to International destinations. Prints will generally be received 1-2 days after ordering.
• Our UK mainland deliveries are usually by overnight carrier. Orders can arrive any time up until 4pm on delivery day. We cannot specify a time of delivery. Any changes to delivery details must be made before 1.30pm the day before your delivery.
• Delivery may be delayed by size, quantity of order, and for reasons out of our control.

General


• Terms and conditions apply to all orders. Placing an order with Transform Your Pictures is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• You must ensure that you have the right to copy the image in the photograph you submit and that you have, where necessary, obtained permission for it to be reproduced.
• Transform Your Pictures may refuse to reproduce a photo if we feel that you do not have the rights and/or permissions referred to in condition 2, or if it is in any other way inappropriate.
• Rejected orders will have the photo returned to the sender, unless it is deemed offensive, indecent or obscene.
• You will be subject to costs or damages to Transform Your Pictures that may occur should the reproduction of any image breaches any other person's copyright, privacy or rights in any way.
• Transform Your Pictures will accept liability for damage caused to your image by our negligence only.
• Transform Your Pictures have the right to use your completed image for display or promotional purposes only.
• Photo and image reproduction is dependent on the quality of the original image so, in some cases, may not be an exact reproduction.
• We try to complete orders as quick as possible but if your order is date dependent (gifts etc.) please allow plenty of time.
• Prices set out on this web-site are valid to web orders only.
